The flat
Room by room
A second-floor two-bedroom flat on a quiet street, right in the centre of Filey. Two bedrooms — a king-size double and a twin — and the whole flat was fully renovated in 2026. Filey beach is a four-minute walk, through the Crescent Gardens. Everything below is included in the £75 nightly rate. The flat also has a couple of golf clubs for the driving range (about 500yds), Tennis racquets (the free court is about 150m away), Loads of stuff for the beach: a massive kite, various beach games, aerobie etc. and rucksacks etc. If you want to stay in, there are various board games and books.
Two bedrooms
two rooms, a king-sized double and a twin. both are at the front. storage is in the bedroom and a large cupboard on the landing. We ask that you please bring your own towels and strip the beds before you leave.
Kitchen and dining
Oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge-freezer, with all you need to cook. The kitchen table is small, but seats four. There is a washer dryer. Tea, coffee, sugar and condiments are in the cupboard. Washing-up liquid, cloths and tablets etc are under the sink.
